GPG key on card via USB

Is it possible to enable PGPony's sign-on feature on iOS using keys stored on a USB-connected YubiKey instead of an NFC-enabled one?

It is possible. In the Settings menu, you need to change the "Hardware Key Connection" setting from "Automatic" to "USB-C (plugged in)".
